Bus ride.

First of all, I don't hate smokers. Just strong dislike. But I do hate them when they smoke in a place they shouldn't. Like where there are lots of people, enclosed area or an air conditioned area. Even so, they are certain people who tend to be selfish and didn't care about others. Here is my experience this morning.

As per usual, I ride the bus to go to work. At first, I was sitting comfortably when suddenly a passenger board up the bus holding a half lit cigarette. I can tell that he is an avid smoker by the way he looks. I thought he was going to throw it away but apparently he did not. I was devastated. Now the whole bus starts to smell. It is already half full of people and the wafting smell makes everyone feel uncomfortable.

To make it worst, this guy went and sit next to a mother holding a baby. Imagine how the mother is feeling at that time. Its common knowledge that cigarette smoke brings nothing but damages. Especially towards the passive smoker - who is people around the smokers. So a concern citizen told the guy that he should throw away his cigarette. Guess what he said? He won't throw it away because the smoke cause him money. Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! and SELFISH!!!

All the while he's smoking, people started to feel annoyed. But he act like nothing is going on. What a jerk. So we decided to call the bus conductor to settle this matter, but he also could not do anything as the BUS DRIVER IS ALSO SMOKING! Eventually, the passenger arrive at his destination and lighting up another cigarette as he walks down.

Smoking should never be allowed in a bus. Not just for the passengers but also for the drivers. Think about others. The smells stuck to clothes and in the long run can cause health problems. Be considerate. If you really wanted to smoke, do it in an open area. With less people around you.
